ISWMP rescued this beauty from Seacca where she was red-listed and given a day to find a rescue. Thankfully, the stars aligned for her just in time. Celia is a quick learner, walks nicely on a leash, and is polite in the house. Celia loves people, especially those she has had time to get to know . . . once this beautiful girl is comfortable with someone, she is very affectionate and loves the attention. Her favorite thing in the world is tummy rubs, playing fetch, and she is obsessed with chasing water from a garden hose! It is the sweetest thing ever to watch this pup play. Celia’s ideal family will be active and excited to include her in their daily adventures. She will be happy as an only pet or with a calm and confident canine sibling.
